Stan, day 2 no smoking. I am doing better than I thought. This morning was rough, can't take the lozenges when you're drinking coffee (or anything acidic such as citrus juices). Apparently the acid blocks the nicotine from being effective.

Mick ... I use to smoke ( years ago ) I finally quit. I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't buy another cigarette. I smoked Kool's at the time and was very particular. Through the course of a day I'd only see so many people and of those only a few smoked Kool's. I bum one and it got to the point that they'd tell me where to get off. Took a while but I finally did it. I was smoking a pack and a half at the time ( when I "started quitting" )

Docs said no need for surgery fir Benjamin. Just need to continue with speech therapy.

I poured myself an adult beverage and oh crap....how much I wanna a smoke! Not gonna do it.

Afternoon, Larry. KOOL smokes. Damn, when I was in the military if ya asked a black dude for a smoke that's what ya got. I am....was....about a pack a day smoker. So far, so good.

Hi, Ken. Watching the news and awaiting an exciting segment upcoming that will tell us what to do if you are pulled over by law enforcement. Uh, comply with the officer's requests? Be courteous? Remind yourself they have radios, thousands of friends, helicopters and dogs?
