WoodStock '16 started out as Stan on an adventure ride - taking a meandering route and enjoying the heck out of the total experience on 2 wheels.
Wife decides she wants to go and that's good !
However, no way she is going to ride that far - trailering now.
Its like my happy balloon got deflated .....just a little bit :-(

A few years ago, sitting with my BIL and SIL and the women decided they wanted to go to Nashville on a vacation. BIL and I both said .." GREAT, we'll meet you there".. They flew and we rode, met them at the hotel.

Put her on a plane and meet her there. Pick her up at the airport.

I hate flying. I mean I hate it with a passion. Not the flying itself, but all the bullshit you have to go through just to get in the air. Then the very last time I flew, we got moved off a flight we were supposed to be on because they had over-booked it. Pissed me off pretty bad.

I am the same way Tracy...flying is fine. Take off and landing are the only fun parts, everything else is boring, sit-on-your-*** dead time. It is the hassle of getting on board
