I like natural, but natural is like fruit, they are only perfectly ripe for a short while, then they start deteriorating and fermenting. Its kind of like automobiles, you better buy a good one so it lasts a while before it needs total restoration. Adding fake ***** to a woman is like saying, time to do some restoration work on the old Camaro.

I think that's a poor analogy. It's more like taking a Fiero and putting a Ferrari body kit on it.

A breast lift would be more like a restoration.
