With my habits and life style choices in my younger wilder days I have seen and interacted with many a pair of paid for **** and without question every woman who had them done had mental issues some bigger than others and it was all them that wanted them not outside pressure, I made a point of digging in on the subject trying to get a handle on the head cases so I knew how to navigate the storm so to speak. If they are feeling pressured it's the exception not the rule.
That out of the way I say with certainty natural is the only to go, doc may done a stellar job but you know and can feel the difference something's always off about them and the bigger she gets the bigger the basket case that owns them.

Saw a woman yesterday, that made me think of this thread. she wasn't that old, really, maybe in her mid 40's. But I swear, she looked like a couple windsocks at the airport on a calm day!!

Last time I was in Laughlin, (a while ago!) there was this old lady walking down the street, and some guy on a bike yelled at her to "show me your ****!" the lady stopped, smiled and lifted up the bottom of her dress!! I almost died laughing!!
