Yeah...but hopefully it will be rented quickly. Only way to control who lives next to me is by buying it. I rent the 2 car garage now. If someone else buys it I'll lose garage space..can't let that happen!
Not with your collection of barely used snow blowers
Haha.....yeah and winter motorcycles. I rent it for $50/mo. and its 3 feet away from my garage.I own a self storage facility and for two 10X20 units I get $260/mo. and they're a couple miles away....plus there's a positive cash flow on the duplex next door.I'd be stupid not to buy it.

Soooooooooo. You need a snowblower operator from MN for a sumptuous salary, and now there is a heated garage/garoffice and free housing in the deal.
Al, this is starting to sound pretty good. Would I get to drive your UrAl too?
Funny that they never brought the subject up.Told them that I did a load test on it and it was bad. They checked it and replaced it. Problem is that she only drives 1000 miles a year and just around town. Doubt if she gets it to 2400rpm to kick in the alternator to get a full charge. I told her to rev it before she puts it in gear .....should be interesting. She's a good lady and a good neighbor. In fact, she is the only one to volunteer to get in the Ural sidecar.
I didn't break 1000 on my van last year, have to remember to put the smart tender on it at least once a month.
