Mornin', Russ....I know that I've told the story before..but here it is again...
I came home one day and my wife says " I made a chocolate cake"..I love chocolate cake. She cuts me a big piece and I start eating it and something is not quite right. I say " Something is not right, it has a funny taste and a weird texture" She says " Oh, I put zu**hini in it, I got a recipe from someone"....I said " You put *&^%^&* zu**hini in a chocolate cake, why in the hell would you do that"..she says " I didn't want to waste it"...I said, 'Well you wasted every other ingredient that you put in the cake, because I AM NOT eating it"..

It is good breaded and fried and it is good in zuchini bread and it is good seasoned and baked with squash, after that, yuk!
