Wrecked my 2010 HD Ultra Classic! I just had a 3 hole oil change plus brake fluid in Tennessee, for the upcoming rally in Sturgis. I developed a oil leak in Indiana. I took the 2010 Ultra Classic to a HD dealer in Plainfield In, the leak was from Crank Censor O Ring. They replaced the O Ring, washed the bike and sent me in my way. About 15 miles later, the bike would not steer or stop, I lost control of the bike and it is a total loss and I have multiple injuries. After the accident , Oil was all over my pipes, rear wheel, saddle bags & even the tour pack.
That's a Lawsuit. Call a Motorcycle Attourney, or get in contact with Lawtigers.
Losing the bike after a certified HD dealership repair is serious. Sorry about the bike, but you might be able to get a new one on some other people's dime.
Best of Luck!
You MUST all go to the dealer website and look at the service department master tech! They seem like a fun crew there.....
Now onto other matters.....I am just about 100 percent sure that any legal advice will start with where the motorcycle is at right now...they will want to inspect it.
