I wave wildly with both arms. They usually turn around and chase me down & ask "what's wrong." Tell em I could sure use a coffee... it works every time.

Or how about you "new guys" grow a brain and learn to use the search feature before getting all happy fingered and posting a thread with a question that has already been dealt with 234 times. I wave when I can, depending on traffic or road conditions...nod when I can't wave,
unless I am daydreaming and then I send a cosmic wave.
