well,today i went to work(borrowed gas loot from a neighbor) and there is a little to do,but nothing much,really.i try to stay positive.it's my job at home to up-lift my family and it's just hard to do sometimes...this place is my escape when i can't ride my scoot.

Sucks big time my friend. I lost my job after 30 years and was fortunate enough to find something. I have been there a whole month now. I been feelin sorry for myself because things are not the same but after taking a step back, I am pretty lucky after all.

I lost my job about four months ago, but was fortunate to get another one in a couple of days. I didn't start for 10 days though and it just about drove me crazy with nothing to do. I used to like home improvement, but bought a new house a year ago and there isn't anything to do. At least I got a new job, even though I took a 30% cut in pay.

And it wasn't very polite of me to not mention it, but I am thinking about you. I know what you are going through even though my experience was for a short time. Thinkgs will pick up, it's just a matter of when.

Rough in Fl also. Wifes been out of work since Jan 08. Using some savings every month to pay bills. Sucks all those years of saving. Oh well. At least I'm working!
