Default Helmet Sticker, what's it say?
I just saw a helmet sticker that says "MY CLAY PIGEON EATS MUD COOKIES".
What does it mean and why do I want one (or maybe I don't)?

Means hey missed would be my best guess. Clay pigeons are used in shotgun sports like, skeet, trap and sporting clays. If you miss it hists the ground.

I'm sure a trap or skeet shooter will fill us in, but I agree, something similar to the above, sort of a "Missed the bullet" kind of thing.
