Yep. Do it all the time at slow speeds. Can't do it at Interstate speeds. Just too much wind and exhaust noise.
Sometimes, just for fun, I'd reach over and turn the key off on a brother's bike. Does that count?

Always did a lot of fooling around and felt comfortable doing it with certain people.Those that did not want to was always fine too.Never forget, we all march to the beat of a different drummer.Once rode up beside a friend reached down and switched his bike off, laughed my ever lovin butt off watching him try to figure out what was wrong with his ride.What?

Hand gestures only while at speed. Generally if you point somewhere the other's will get the idea.
