There are around 800,000 law enforcement officers in the US. If 10 of them are convicted of serious crimes that means 99.99% of them follow rules and regulations of the job and are law abiding citizens. Not sure you can really contrast that against an organization like the HA that has 25% of it's members currently incarcerated in this country (Canada) for serious crimes and and the body count of HA murder victims that numbers almost 25% of the HA membership.
Canada is an entirely different ballgame as opposed to in the US. Canada charters and US charters are VERY different for many 1% clubs.

NOW, jut for arguments sake and I don't know how many members are in HA at this time in NYC, nor due I know how many sworn police officers are in NYC
Leave it to say that there are a lot more Cops. NOW again for arguments sake, since the State has dumbed-down and relaxed the entrance requirements of the NYPD there are a lot more mopes getting in the dept.
The percentages are going to be skewed. I would wager there are a lot more unsavory mopes in NYPD than the number % of mopes in HA

If the local LEO here are any meter to go by you my friend are spot on the money , they seem to be getting shorter and every damn one of them have the short man attitude anymore and go to hard blunt objects or the tazer in a blink .

Correct. The differences between Europe, Canada, Australia, and the US is beyond recognition. Even the bylaws are very different country to country. Its like comparing a Nigerian businessman with Warren Buffet.
Even in the US region to region is very different. You go to New York City and the traditional MC (men only) will be 1%er. Dozens. Whereas in some states the "fraternal club" is often a support club.
