I know a few people that have Polo style helmets that wear them backwards, is there a chance that this guy may have just liked it the way he was wearing it? What style of helmet was it?

Who cares? It's still on his head, hell maybe he's doing it intentionally as a rebellion to a helmet law? Who knows. What type of helmet was this that it's that hard to tell which is forward or back?

If I thought I saw somebody improperly, and unintentionally, wearing safety equipment, I would have no choice but to tell them and show them the right way to put it on. It's just the right thing to do.
