please do,but I dont care what bike you buy, or if you want to wear a lone wolf patch, If you are one of these guys that dont know what toilet paper feels good on their *** and need the support from random strangers on the internet then god help you. But if you have real questions I'd gladly answer any of them to the best of my ability.
I'm not one of those guys, and I really doubt I'll need your advice. Ever.
Man's gotta start somewhere & definitely have more online time during the off season. I have my good/bad days as well and for 2013 I hope to be more patient, helpful (where/when I can), and maybe less bitchy on these forums. It's suppose to be a place for "entertainment" vs. ego-wars.
HDF happened to it what else ? Hey fresh meat makes the forum world go round we haven't had a newbie oil thread in a whole 2 weeks now , long overdue .
I'm new here. I lurked for months before registering though. There's so much I have learned through this site, like how many clicks for the gas cap to be properly secured, the proper wear of a doo rag, the value of lemon Pledge over the other Pledge scents, that certain oils are/aren't the best, certain fuels are/aren't the best, that Sportsters are girl bikes, and most importantly how to behave myself around strangers.
I think maybe HD should have a "Welcome to the motorcycle world" manual available that covers all these topics. Who knows, they could probably just copy it all from this forum and sell it for $60.
I'm new here but I've been visiting for years for info on hd motorcycles, aftermarket parts, and accessories. This forum has been a big help more so than the dealership. I get honest opinions and reviews ( for the most part) on everything from seats to exhaust and when you are spending hundreds of dollars you want to make sure you know what you are getting. There are all kinds of people but this forum has a lot of knowledgeable, helpful forum members.
