Special fluid?

There's a cap toward the back of the engine labelled 7I0. I was gonna change it and put some fresh 7I0 in there, but I have looked in every Harley dealer, auto parts store, gas station, etc. and I can't find this stuff anywhere. What's so special about it that makes it so rare? Will another number void the warranty?

That is where the blinker fluid goes.....it stands for 7-10 flashes every 30 seconds.

Since it's winter, lighter weight blinker fluid must be used.
