For me, I get a freekin kick out of the dude in the Eastbound lanes waving at me over here , way over here in the Westbound lanes.
He is about falling off, riding side saddle just to wave at me, way to fk over here!.............LOL

The low hand started back aways in the 80s, it used to be a high hand...
The puppeteers perhaps are not pulling the string hard enough?

I do not wave, must don't. I don't care what others do, have at it. I just bought a Jeep Wrangler and guess what I discovered? Yep, other Jeep Wrangler owners waving. Now I am rude to two groups.
