I have the black JES deflectors on my black 12 UC. They blend in with the lowers so well you hardly notice them. They also work so well that I can only use them during the cold months. I've also considered cutting them off near the bottom of my signal lights. I'm not sure I need the amount of protection they give and could probably get by with a shorter deflector to block only the air coming in around the tank. The JES deflectors are one of the few things I've added that actually work better than expected.
