If your looking for a lot of torque you are headed in the wrong direction. The 662-2 cams like more compression and so do the heads you have. You would be better off with a stage 2 head or a mva head ported with a min of 11:0 to 1.

I would like to get some more out of my 124 at 10.8 but dont think reworking my S&S heads would yield much. I'd like to get a set of 110 heads done to see if I could get to the mid to upper 140's.

One of our members is showing around 145/145 with his S&S 124", so I suggest you rethink your strategy! We have experts in sponsor Hillside who are worth talking to, as well as Star Racing, either of whom can deliver what you want and probably a lot more. I know of one 'streetable' 124 giving over 160HP, with its original S&S heads modified. I don't see any benefit of using alternative heads, unless you use S&S B2, but they would probably be over the top.
