Default Vibration

Have a 09 street glide that has developed a vibration in the last 3-4 thousand miles. Feel it more in the seat than the floor boards. Bike has 25 thousands mile s on it.what could be causeing the vibration what should I be checking for

My guess is the front tire is out of balance or cupped. If it is the original front tire, it is due for replacement.
