"Made in USA" riding boots ... where to find?

I had heard that Double H used to make boots for Harley prior to Harley outsourcing to China.
Red Wing Heritage boots and shoes are all made in the U.S. http://redwingheritage.tumblr.com/
Some (but not all) of the shoes and boots in the Red Wing safety line (work boots) are made in the US.

I've got several pair of Red Wing shoes and boots, all US made, as well as a couple pair of Chippewa engineer boots. If I had to choose between the brands, I'd go with Red Wing. When I'm home, I always give my shoes and boots at least 2-3 days rest between wearing, and they last for years.
