I bought the K&N just because I've used their products for years on bikes AND automobiles and always been 100% satisfied.

Ness Big Sucker on all 3 of my putts and can't say anything wrong about them - Also like the chrome Backing plate!!!!

The filter that comes with the big sucker is exactly the same as a K&N filter, just looks deeper to me. You maintance it just the same also. Plus you get alot nicer backing plate.

My local HD shop stopped stocking the SE version. Thye went to the Ness Big Sucker due to the chrome backplate.

I have a Big Sucker, but I run without the football cover, I have a chrome manifold cover, and I painted my backing plate flat black to match the blacked out engine on my bike.
