Just the same except slash down. It woke up the bike wonderfully and made it hard to sneak out of the neighborhood at 5:30 AM.It rumbles. I tried using the quiet baffle for commuting, but that really only makes a difference when you walk on it so I am back to the original set up. But my neighbors stopped complaining. Maybe they got used to it or know I tried. I always idle down the street and don't walk on it until clear of the neighbors.
The other advantage with this set up for me besides the faster acceleration was that the right side runs cooler. My gas mileage remained the same at 42-43 mpg average while the response to throttle seemed much more powerful. It was like it was being held back with the stock equipment. It is not the same as a new power curve such as adding new cams. It is that I can now access the power that was supposed to be there. I say it woke up my bike from a sleepy touring machine to a wide open adventure tourer, only more comfortable and better sounding.
1st rate place. I love how easy it is to use their air cleaner set up to vent the umbrella valves to the atmosphere and stop carbon deposits om valves and pistons.
