I did some searching and can't come up with any answers. I'm looking for information on which OEM wheels will fit my 1997 Ultra without any modifications. Any and all help would be appreciated.
Your bike has 3/4" tapered roller bearing wheels and predates the modern craze for swapping wheels. So while there are many options for recent bikes, including H-D custom wheels, there are very few for yours. Stock cast or wire-spoked wheels from 1986 to 1999 will fit.

Graham knows more than most and I wish I knew a tenth of what he knows about bikes. However, being 3/4" it can be brought up to 1" by any machinist or Indy worth anything. I have a 19" front wheel going on my 01 Road King which has a 1" axle. The wheel takes a 22mm so I am able to have it turned down. Reverse issue as yours. I could be wrong but again, Graham is da man!!!

OMG!
It is true that later wheels can be fitted with 3/4" bearings, but the hubs won't take stock Evo rotors or pulley. The rear rotor and brake on Evo Glides are very different to later bikes and cannot be installed 'without modifications'. I have a later wheel in my 1990 bike, but that involved changing the swingarm and rear wheel, as well as using the later rear brake caliper and rotor.
Also check to see if you have a mechanical or electronic speedo on the front wheel as in the late 90's some were electronic and others were mechanical. The hub is a little different between the two.
