If you like it the way it is.....leave it alone. Everything is a compromise, you will find that you cannot change just one thing. The motor is happy when the whole package works together. A/C, exhaust, cams, tune.
I have a 2010 FLHTK. I've thought about upgrading my Cams but trying to understand why I would want to.
I'm not dissatisfied with my current performance but it may be more of I don't know what I don't know. I don't take off from a stop sign and wish I could do it quicker, I'm satisfied with my speeds and power while highway riding.
What would be a compelling reason to upgrade Cams. Does it require a tune or an aftermarket tuner (PC fuel pac, etc) or are they pretty much swap and ride?
Thanks for the answers in advanced.

I noticed you did not mention any upgrades to your motorcycle. Is it still completely stock as far as the engine is concerned?

You may have answered your own question. if I want to go faster, I'll sell one of my HD's and buy a V-Max
If you are going to change cams, do it right. If you are going to keep the bike long term, do the whole package. Maybe even get a 107 kit from fuel moto or another group.
High Flow Air Cleaner
Fuel Moto Stainless Headers
Rinehart 4" Slip-Ons
Power Vision from Fuel Moto
Performance wise, I'm pretty happy, although I normally ride 2-up and there are times when I wish I had a little stronger pull.
If I ever do Cams, it will be for the increased torque, but also for the sound. You can usually tell if a bike has hotter Cams just by the way it sounds, I love that sound!
I would never spend the money on just Cams, if you're gonna do it, do at least Stage 1 with a good tune, it will really wake up that 103!
