The interstate is for cars and big trucks. I do not have any fears of the slab, but it's about my last option when on the scoot. Nothing to see, no sweeping curves, just boring. I see the point about using it to get from point "A" to point "B" .....but what's your hurry. "It's not the destination, it's the journey"

Hey there SoCal_Pappy..... looks like you put us onto the new V-Glide. Looks like if it has to be the interslate that would make it more comfortable for the V-Rod wifey. I too agree that 75 with no fairing or full windshield is bad news. I just returned from New Zealand... and the Kiwis almost never ride with windeshields and fairings, only fullface helmets, and they see rain and wind on most every trip. The big difference in that the speed limit is 100 km, which makes it 60mph... which makes wind buffet and sore necks almost a non-factor....
