You just have to find someplace that has a few pairs in stock before the price increase took effect, otherwise $450.00 to $475.00 is a little steep I mean a $100.00 price increase is not just inflation, sounds like the Gas companies price increases, that or Obama just started taxing aftermarket bike parts.
I'm very glad I ordered mine before the price increase. But honestly I hate cookie cutter bikes and seeing the same setups are bike meets so maybe this will prevent seeing a ton of other 1.5" apes in my area.
Geez can't believe all this whining over a price adjustment regardless of amount, we live in the USA and its a businessman's right to set his prices as he sees fit to sustain his business model.
If it works for us as a customer great, if it doesn't walk away and spend elsewhere, no biggie. Plenty of other options out there and we get what we pay for....
If an extra $100 for the bars is a deal breaker they weren't for us anyway since we'd have no money left for things like: lines, cables, wire extentions, clamps, bushings, fluids, labor and anything else necessary for the install to be done right.
Bar swaps are costly but they come with benefits both visually and for comfort. I learned long ago don't settle and get what you really want the first time or your likely to be spending twice to get it right in the long run anyway.

I understand what you are saying, that the HD game isn't a cheap one, but I am with the rest of the camp, $375 I was going to order some up after the new year. But the $100 increase is a deal breaker for me. NO bars are worth $475+ dollars, I don't care whos name is on them.

Understood and everyone's personal choice. But have you looked at other custom bars in 1.5" stock? Check out BRCustoms as an example, very nice product but waaaayyyyy higher then Vindikta's prices.
Joe usually runs a few specials during the year too so it may be worth the phone call to when the next one is coming up and buy then. Hope ihe does cause you'll be happiest if you buy what you really wanted all along.
I think he may have priced himself out of my range. Too bad. I really liked his. It would be nice to get a forum discount .
