99 road king stalls while downshifting

99 road king stalls while downshifting

hi my 1999 road king stalled the other day while downshifting had to pulled over wait a few minutes to started all over again, few miles later did it again?
bike has true duals
power commander III
scream eagle air filter
new fluids done 1 month ago
16800 miles
just replaced spark plugs today

any idea what might be the problem i have not ride since then]

i have tried to retrive some engines codes but i cant get it right .....they flashed too fast

Check the simple, obvious things first.

Make sure that your battery is fully charged, your battery cables are clean and tight, and that when the engine is running that the volt meter reading is near 14 volts.

This time of year, you also need to make sure that your fuel is fresh.
