Default Heritage handlebar...

Considering replacing my original 2013 Road Glide handlebar with a Heritage handlebar. Have you done this? If so, I would appreciate your input-feedback.

Thanks,

Vickon

I've put the heritage bars on both the RGC and RGU I had. Love em'. They come stock on the 14'/15' Roadkings. No more hunching over and lower back pain.

Not sure you will save much on used. They are only about $80 full list at HD.

Great mod. I did it on my RG and love it. The factory bar just had a weird angle and I couldn't get my wrists comfortable. Less than $100 with tax at the dealer.

Put the black heritage bars on my 13 RGU and it made a huge improvement. Picture attached.

I did the Heritage bars on my 13 RG custom. Lots of pain free miles ever since. I used all the OEM cables and throttle wires. Only took approx. 1 hour.

Before this gets too far along, there are Heritage Softail Handlebars, that fit on the 2011 or so Heritage Softails. Then there is the "Heritage Style Handlebars" that are designed around the Softail bars, but are for touring bikes that want taller bars. Harley claims the Heritage STYLE handlebars are the tallest bars you can run and still maintain ALL the factory controls, and they are notched for TBW. People get taller bars on bikes, but these bars are a MOCO part with their personal guarantee.
