Welcome to the forums , are the cams easy start cams? They will make a clicking noise due to the easy start mechanism.
Did you change lifters with the cams?
Another thing it could be reversion, you can hear especially when idling at the intake, this can possibly be tuned out.
yes they are the easy start cams. its loud tapping valve noise is what it sounds like.. its painful to listen to for any amount of time to detect closer. the noise increases with the rpm also. has new valve springs also. its also quick to start running hot.. pistons and rings are new and i honed the cylinders .005 over to accomodate. pistons move freely up and down..
just to be sure, i have tried running diff calibrations but im not sure how to add the camshafts on the calibration to make it adjust. i see the place to adjust the specs and i can go in and select the cam size but how do i make sure that the computer is adding it to the base calibration? do you have a tuner also? if so what is your sparks advance like? do you sync the front and rear? thanks man
My suggestion to you would be to find yourself a reputable dyno operator and have your bike professionally tuned. It's obvious your base map is way off and with the super tuner you lack the ability to AutoTune so if your not 100% sure about what your doing, stop guessing at it and take it to someone who does.

I'm putting my bet in the rocker box. 585 lift may be hitting someplace, it's quite common to need to grind relief for higher lift. Did you put in new valve springs?
