2010 Road King 96 twin cam motor, installed S&S 585lift cams and now upon start up excessive knocking or pinging noise coming from the cylinder or rocker box area. has adjustable pushrods.. sounds like lashing or detonation type of noise. have readjusted a few times same result. have a super tuner on board, so i can adjust spark or air ratios. please help me get rid of this noise
