Gravity hates motorcycles. It is always trying to make them fall over.

Not long after I got mine I laid it over in the parking lot at work. No damage to the bike, just to my pride. Luckily I get there early enough that no one saw it. This is a heavy bike.

Happens to the best of us. I was lucky I did mine in front of a bunch of people. I felt like a Dumb Azz. But I know I'm not alone. Its a large club.

Use extra care around the front brake switch. Those buggers are pretty tender.

You can get it at the dealer but you will pay an arm and a leg for it. Colorrite is much more reasonably priced.

BTW, been there, done that, a few times.

Set mine down too, second day out with the new Road Glide. Honestly, I am glad that I did, because I have been riding Dynas so long I thought I knew everything. Setting it down was a good reminder that this touring bike is a different animal that demands more respect.

You can get it at the dealer, and the superior quality paint is recommended by the MoCo for your bike.
Oh, and bring the vasoline.
