I was finally able to get my Vindikta bars installed in my Street Glide. I decided to go with the 14" bars so that I could use the stock mirrors. I'm glad I went with the 14" version 'cause if they were any lower I wouldn't be able use the stock mirrors efficiently.
Haven't really been able to ride a whole lot yet but they are really nice. I snapped a few pictures for everyone to see, and I also included a quick walk-around video.
My dad and I installed them ourselves without issue. I'm 5'8" with average arm length. These put my arms almost dead level, so I really think they are the perfect height for me.
Those look damn good man... A little tall for my personal taste, but I understand wanting to keep the stock mirrors, that's the battle I have going on in my head right now! Go that tall to keep mirrors or go below the mirrors...
Love those bars. They are the most functional upgrade I did. I would have liked another inch to get my controls completely out of my mirror, but I'm 6'3" so my head sits higher.

Thanks!! To be honest, I primarily used the pictures of your bike to make my final decision on which bars and what height I chose. I really like them!
Wow. That looks awesome! Are they below your shoulders or above? I'm 6'3" too and thinking about apes for mine; but probably won't go quite that high, but that's a great series of pics there, shows me EXACTLY what mine would look like with those on there.
What'd it cost to get those installed? I assume you got new cables too?
I have another question, your road pegs on the guard, where did you get them? I'm trying to pick a bracket out right now but I'm not sure what I want yet...

Your bike looks great! Congrats
At 6'3", I wouldn't go less than 14" on the Vindiktas (I am 6'3" myself) if you want to use the fairing mirrors. Even at 14", you will have just a bit of your joystick modules in the mirrors which takes about 10-15% of the usable reflective area.
I was never a fan of the looks of apes, so I've never used them until this bike. From a comfort standpoint, you can't beat them.
