Would this mean I can contact a local Amway errr....Quixtar(We all know Amway was corrupt)distributor for a full line of Amsoil??

Apparently the feds missed you when they rounded up all those crooks from Amway. That's ok.....with your rank,you should get grandfathered into the NEW Amway that's called Quixtar.
