KSTs are polished not chromed, is that better or worse for wear and care?
Just had 12" KST installed on my ultra. The debate was which bars and chrome or black. Once I decided on the KST's, black was my only option. Was a little worried about the maintenance on the stainless. Bike is at the indy now, will pick up tomorrow.
I purchased my 12" Vindikta bars at the end of last year and I couldn't be more happy with them. Matter of fact, I'd buy them again and again. Joe at Vindikta makes an amazing set of bars. Attached is a pic of my bike with the bars on.

Those Vindikta bars look sweet. Looks way better than the classic style apes you had on before.

I recently installed a set of 14" Vindikta Bars on my 2015 SGS. They are very nice bars!! Joe is even better. I purchased mine, my dad's will be here by the weeks end and my cousin also purchased a set. We all did the 14" bars. Just call a talk with Joe. You'll feel really at ease talking with him, he's a nice guy.

Might have to get a set of those on mine. The 1.5" diameter looks great!
The other 12's I had on there were just too wide for me. Plus, I liked the looks of the Vindikta bars a whole lot better, so I'm glad I switched. Thanks for the compliment!

They're not too bad, just partially block the mirrors. It's really the switch housings on the bars that block about a 1/4" of the mirrors. I kind of wish I went with 14"'s, but decided to go ahead and keep the 12" on there.
Had 12" vindiktas on my SGS all last year. Looked great. Fit like crap. Had to clearance my clamps because the 1.5" sections were welded too close together at the 1" tube. And they sat too far back for my liking and required massive trimming of my inner fairing. Another member here got a set and sent them back because of the poor weld quality, and I think he went with another company. I contacted joe letting him know about my issues, not even asking for money back or another set, and he completely ignored me.
I have 14" Vindiktas and love them. Quality is great and Joe was very easy to work with. I introduced my dealership to the Vindikta brand (as I had them order mine instead of me doing it directly) and they have sold several dozen sets over the last year all with happy customers.
