I was at a motorcycle show this weekend and sat on one of the Victory baggers. Cool stuff, but doesn't make me want to trade in my SGS.
One thing it did have that was nice was angled floorboards. They seemed to be at a 15-20 degree angle and were very comfortable. I was wondering if it is possible to do that on the Glides? I know anything is possible with enough money, but I didn't know if anybody has heard of floorboard relocator brackets that would accomplish this? I'm assuming I'd also have to adjust the shifters and rear brake to accommodate the increased angle.
They are out there for the Harleys. I saw a guy putting them on in the parking lot of JP Cycles last year. I tried to find them with no luck. They are out there.......
Having installed the Tallboys Brackets, I was thinking the same thing. They'd be easy enough to make, or at the very least use an add on piece in front to lift it higher. Could even weld a shim to it. Wouldn't take 10 minutes to do.
