You're almost right. What I found was that anytime a tire loses pressure you have to reseat the liner. I do a good amount of touring and have always carried plugs and a small compressor to get me out of a jam. A low volume compressor will not reseat the liner so there is no emergency repair possible. That's why I got rid of the wheels. I liked the look. I like not being stranded better.

Well that takes care of that then. They look good but I don't want to have tubes , seen one deflated on the road. Rider was turning out of a side road and got a tank slapper straight away, scary !
I've gone away from that with solid rear and chrome front. Thanks for the replies guys.
