Finally got the sissy bar in for the RK. Took the big box off the back and got it installed. Better or no?

Much better. Look even better without that rack but those things are handy.

Thanks. I do like the rack. I think I can even mount the box on that rack if its needed down the road for a longer trip?

Not better. Get a nice looking T-Bag. It will sit nicely in your luggage rack, and look good too. I have both, and prefer the t-bag for looks AND function. Until it rains, anyway.....

Excuse my ignorance but what is a t-bag?

Not at all....

Go to Harley, Motorcycle Superstore, and or any other online dealer you like or find, and type "t-bag" into their search bar. That'll get you started which can and should lead to a much greater search. I would not buy from Harley; they're too expensive. But it'll give you ideas. The www.motorcyclesupertore.com website will have a number of different brands, and will be a perfect launch pad for a greater search.

Some of the others will have other online dealers to suggest, many of them I know of and have used at some point, but trying to concentrate on work right now is causing me to draw blanks. In short, a nice t-bag will look sharper than trying to mount your hard luggage to that nice new rack, and many can even give you more space than the old luggage rack you were using.
