Default bar wiring ?

can anyone tell me what the 2 wire connecter is coming out the bottom of the bars on a 2012 ultra ? I know its hooked to the twist grip sensor but it is not hooked up under the fairing.

I don't know how much time I spent trying to figure this one out when I put on new bars. I too had to come to the forums for help.
