Damned cagers
About lost my cousin on St Patties Day, Columbia MO. He was traveling a four lane city road just outside of town when a van decided to make a left from the right lane at a T intersection, cuz shot behind and into the ditch to avoid as he couldn't stop. He was just released from ICU, lost a kidney, his spleen and multiple broken bones at 58 years old. Van did not stop, those that did stop couldn't get the full plate number, cops have not found the person responsible.
His ride, a victory was mangled beyond recognition, he will spend the next couple months recovering and in therapy.

So sorry to hear about this hope he heals fast.
I was just in one last Tuesday myself, friggin lady passed me came into my lane ahead of me on a freeway then lost control of her car, hit a cement wall bounced off and I hit the front corner but I was luckier than your cuz I just skimmed her and kept it up, took a handlebar to the ribs and bike has some damage but not bad.
Be careful out there they are trying to get us.

Sorry to hear, but glad he'll recover. There's one big reason I will NEVER ride on St' Patrick's Day...too many drunks.

Sucks to hear what happened but at least he's alive to tell the story. Hopefully they find the people responsible but I wouldn't hold my breath thinking the cops are actually looking either. Wish him a speedy recovery.
