I have the Kuryakyn arm rests with passenger cup holder. Wife loves the setup!! A little pricey at around $300 though.

I have the Kury one. I bought it at Sturgis, rode home and traded for a '14. It doesn't fit the '14 and sits on a shelf!

I use a Bear Claw. Mounts to handlebars, highway bars or saddlebag guards.
Can be had on ebay for about $18.
