Default Front Bearings ?

I just had my rear bearings replaced last season on my 08 FLHR,I want to know if anyone has any issue with stock or aftermarket, which is better? I have 60,000 km on the front so not bad at all but I hear the HD bearing has had some trouble in the past ?
Thanks Ron

What I had read here, I thought the bad bearings were on the 2009 models and later? Not sure but I read for cheap insurance replace them anyway at tire changes. I would be curious too.

Had 37k on my 2011 bearing with no sign of wear. Just had a 15k service done on my '14 along with tire replacement and bearings were fine.

2008 was a weird year. It got the new 6 gallon gas tank and the 25mm axles.

Bearings were a problem across the whole range around 2007/8. My Buell needed new bearings in both wheels at the first tyre change, less than 5k miles. You should find that either MoCo replacements or aftermarket should be fine, my Buell's are. They are stock sized bearings, so you should be able to get them from any local bearing supplier. If you take one with you it will tell them all they need to know.
