Power Commander!!!!!! Help!!!!!
2000 ultra classic (flhtcui) mm fuel injection .In 2004, installed the pc111usb power commander, screaming eagle stage 1 kit and had it tuned ,bike has been running great 50 ,000 miles . Tach sees 74000 miles . Recently Did the hydraulic cam tensioner upgrade(screaming eagle) and boy was I lucky. Tensioners were shot. In doing this also installed the vance and hines headers to a true dual set, from the stock header cross over pipes .Now the bike runs crappy , throwing no codes and with power commander unhooked ,it runs fine, called power commander and they assured me there shouldn't be that much change from stock headers to true duals, if U WANT GIVE US 25 $$ send it back and we can look at it, may need new software, also if u need a new power comander we will discount you( wtf). I know its 10 years old and everyone needs $$ right .Bike ran fine until the uprgrade, Any suggestions>< any one deal with this situation ????

Yes old Hippie, pitt bull, its 10 years old , Seems I have never had problems with the mm fuel injection every one talks about , in talking to Dyno jet, they suggested a near map change , then a zero map if no luck . After pulling the stock headers off (PITA) I said ill never go through this again( thanks pb blaster ,it works )I am presently turning this ride into a street glide .I know the parts for the mm are harder to find but feel in the future I can swap to a carb if needed, thanks.
