What ever you do don't buy it online without trying it on first...but I probably didn't have to tell you that.

That's the only helmet I use I can't and haven't found one I like better.

Why not?

I measured my head, looked up the sizing chart online, bought the AK1 online, received it, fits like a glove, if it didn't, that's what a return policy is for! A small company called Amazon seems to agree with this theory!

I have an AK-88 as well but I have a very round head. Love the helmet but tight on the sides and I have the XXL so can't go any bigger. For those with the AK-1 any idea if the shape is any better for round head vs oval head? Also anyone try the new AK-66?

I have the AK-1 which fits my head like a glove but I have an oval head. Based on the description of the AK-88 vs AK-1, the internal shape should be the same and may not help you fit any better.

I rarely wear a half helmet anymore but when I do, it's a Bell Pit Boss.

Watch that helmet slide up and give them zero protection, then, a couple more whacks on the back of their skulls to drive the point "home..."

Tell 'em you're doing them a favor as their lights go out.
But they don't look cool with shorts, tank top, and flip flops.

I really like most of the Harley half helmets. Plus you can try them on before you commit to purchasing them at a dealership. When it comes to protecting your skull it isn't an area I would be looking to cut cost.
