07 Accessories
I noticed theat HD recently updated their website with new parts for the 07's. However, I was wondering of some of the old parts will still fit on the 07's. Specifically,
Chrome Headbolt Bridge
This exclusive Headbolt Bridge covers both the headbolts and spark plug with a splash of chrome and an engraved "Bar & Shield" emblem. Easy-to-install with unique headbolt mounts. Kit includes all necessary mounting hardware. Sold in pairs.
43858-00
Fits '99-later Twin Cam-equipped models. (Not to be used on models equipped with fairing lowers.)
It says all Twin Cam - well the 07's are still twin cam's.
Anyone tried this on their 07???

You have to be sure, some parts do some wont,catalog also says levers fit 99 and up, but a 07 is different, they fit but they will not work the safety switch on the 07 clutch lever.

I thought about buying these for my 07 Ultra but it statesit will not work with fairing lowers, I do not understand what that has to do with the headbolts,esp. if its a heat issue because they are vented. Maybe someone has some help on that question. Anyway to answer yourquestion the dealer wasnice enough to unpackage one set and test fit them,,they fit but i decided to try and get an answer as to why it stated not available with the fairing lowers whick I have not gotten an answer to yet,,hope that helps. They looked great on an 06 RKC tha was at the dealership.
