Just bought a headlight/horn switch from em, $46 bucks, free shipping, took 6 days to get it. Local stealer wanted $65 bucks plus tax said it would take 7-10 days to get it.

Been using Kutter for a few years - reliable, good customer service, if they don't have the part in stock they tell you what the additional wait may be, and Anthony is great.....FWIW.

I stopped using Surdyke when they started taking the 20% off the price with sales tax included... but it was usually a week or so...

The shipping from Surdyke has always been within a week for everything I have ordered. My only complaint with them is the way they handle returns/damaged goods. You cannot just call them and take care of the problem in 5 minutes, you have to go through an online form, wait for a case number (average 48 hours), etc. It took me longer to get an issue sorted out than it took to get the part in the first place (one week to receive part, two additional weeks to get everything worked out so the missing piece could be sent to me). The discount comes at a price I suppose.

I have been a Surdyke customer for years. Always receive orders in about a week, unless it is an item that HD has on back-order.

I agree they had decent ship time,but after they started to add their state tax to the retail price ,then discounting it 20%,the discount ended up only around 13-14%.I have been dealing with Manchester Harley that gives a true 20% off Harley retail with fast shipping.
