I got a used Handy Lift off of EBay. One of the best moves I made. Yes, even used I paid 750.00 for the table but its rock solid with my 35K plus bike on it. Go to any bike shop or dealership, I will bet at least 3 of 4 are using Handy lifts. For me, I feel it's cheaper to buy the best tools at first rather then save a little and have to upgrade later.

Good luck with your search. JIM

That lift has paid for itself a few times over.

IMHO, you get what you pay for... or as another member once said, you don't get what you DON'T pay for.

Good luck!!
I like that.

chip, etc, you should look into the wheeldock chock for the front, it really makes pulling the bike in and out of the lift a breeze and its around the same price as the condor.

Harbor Freight lift here with the separate wheel chock from Harbor Freight. I have no issues with it at all. With the different chock bolted on it's rock solid. It is also bolted to the floor, I used pound in anchors and then bolted it down so it's still movable.

Have had it for almost a year with bike sitting on it for the past eight or nine months without issue.

I have been looking at tables for a few weeks now, have use many in the past, some more stable than others.

That said, I found one at Northern Tool that looks a little better than the Harbor Frieght model.

I'm not familiar with Direct, looked at their link http://www.directlift.com/MotorcycleATV-Lifts-C15.aspx and the Pro Cycle xlt looks like the way I would go. Side extensions and a drop out for tire changes. Look at the lifts here and compare specs. http://www.redlinestands.com/catalog...c-290_110_111/ Shipping on the one you linked to was $377 to my house.

Good Luck

Lots of nice lifts out there for a price....I've seen the Harbor Freight one on sale for $299. If it works, and is not dangerous, I might consider it....Since I only work on my bikes, it would probaly be all I need...(after replacing that lame front tire mount it comes with)

I have a Greg Smith lift and have the extensions. Extensions make it easier to ride on and off as it gives you a place for the feet. I use it for my bikes, garden tractor, and golf cart. Extensions come off if I want to get closer.

If I had it to do over I would have also got the drop tail version which allows you to drop a panel out and remove the rear tire.
