Clean that up real good, test, and you're probably good to go.
This is what I assumed. There was a pretty good crud buildup at the sticking point.

Mupepe, read past your bike year, my bad. Dot 4 and I'm unsure of seals. Don't have a 2014 parts catalog but you could always call HD. While running it after your fix, as others said, keep an eye on that particular pad. If the pistons still sticking you'll see uneven wear on it early on.
I may be a little over kill on brake maintenance, don't ask why.

This is what I would do also...if the edge is smooth and won't cut the seal go ahead and use it, just sand or file it down.

Yes, the damage you see is not an issue. What you don't see is the issue and why it stuck to begin with is. Is the conclusion that your front brake caliper stuck, bout locked up your wheel, You unstuck it and put it back on? Not smart in my book. Without seeing the inside of that caliper I would never tell one of my customers " its ok to run".

Just try to get the piston out by putting both pads inside and i mean not all the way out jist enough to clean all pistons and smooth that bad one. It is in the edge where thepistin dont go in anyway. Dont pop them out . There is no rebuild kit with brembo. I had one at home tgat i thought yhere is a kit bit it didmt work out. Had to buy new one .
