Default Tire Slime

I have been reading different threads over the past few days and have see a lot of you guys say something about Ride On..I had never heard of it before since I am new to the street bike scene I guess that is why..is it better than Slime..I grew up using it in dirt bikes, 4 wheelers, trailer tires, and other kinds..just curious as to what difference there is, if any

Thanks

Go to ride on web page, they have video's, supposedly doesnt make a mess when changing tire, and if you run over an object that punctures tire, it seals itself, also i believe it balances tires, rims) so no weights needed , think i'm going to give it a try for the puncture feature

I've been using Ride-on in my rear tire for around 12,000 miles and just put it in the front tire when I changed it a month ago. I change my own tires and have used dyna beads for active balancing but changed to the Ride-on for the added benefit of the sealant protection. So far no issues.

Been using ride-on for yrs in bikes with great results and is way better then slime for motorcycle apps while also providing an increased lvl of safety due to its ability to seal up to 1/4" punctures (Tubeless tires) vs balance beads that can only balance tires but cant seal punctures too.

" Ride-On "

* Balances tires & also changes/repositions itself in the tires as required thruout the entire srvc life of the tires keeping them perfectly balance at all times to ensure max tire life and max ride comfort too.

* Can seal up to a 1/4" pucture in tubeless tire,up to 1/8" in tube tries which is a big safety factor and could save a lot of hastle and or time effort & $$$$ should you have a tire go down due to a puncture / Nail or screw many miles away from home in the middle of Tim-Buck-Two!/LOL!!!

* there is no mess at tire change because all product coats the inside of the tire carcus.

* a not mentioned plus to ride-on not mentioned on their is when i installed it in a dunlop on the front of my bike that was noisy having a loud moan & or rumble esp when cornering where the ride-on dampened the tire noise so it was quiet as a church mouse the rest if its srv'c life.

IMHO you cant go wrong with the " Ride-On " when properly installed per mfgs instructions.

Ride-On does more then balance seal punctures , it also :

* Ensures you get max tire life along with max ride comfort too thruout the tires entire srvc life because ride-on adjusts for optimal tire balance at all times as the tire wears.

* Though not stated on the ride-on website i had it dampen / quiet a noisy / moaning tire on the front of my bike that was especially loud when cornering.

And it not uncommon when motorcyle tires wear that sometimes they will get a bit noisy in the last half of their srv'c which can be very distracting that ride-on fixed in my tires case is yet another plus for ride-on.

Been running Ride-On for years. Good stuff. A little spendy, but when you figure all the plusses, cost fades into insignificance.Have yet to find any real negative.Oh, yeah, did I mention that it's good stuff?
