Can anyone direct me to alternatives to the reflector inserts on the saddlebag latches? I have been looking around and can't seem to find anything. I would like to look at all options or your pics before i decide.
Hogman I thought the same thing and couldent stand the bright red reflector sticking out on a blacked out bike. I didnt want to remove it and lose the only side reflectors I had so I went this route:
To give some visibility from the side I bought a pack of black reflective tape from http://www.streetglo.net/reflective....frame.kit.htmlwhich is almost invisible up against a black frame. When headlights hit it the bike lights up like a street sign. I put pieces on the frame under the floorboards.
Hogman I took another set of reflectors primed and painted them black on the SG. on my Road King I had a set of chrome one like OTB's. They blended in nice with the chrome latches. OTB I like the idea you have on the black reflective tape on the frame. I will order a kit and split it with my dad for his Black SG Great idea.

Sorry I dont have any images to post.

Thanks OTB. I think i will try to paint them black first and get some of the reflective tape to increase visibility. If that doesn't work out the maybe powdercoat the JP inserts.
