Default Injector Help?

Wondering if someone can give some easy advice?

I’ve a 2006 UC that currently is running a piggypack EFI tuner. I am going to remove it as I just got a Powervision.

What I’m concerned about is in the directions for the piggyback unit it says that it makes no difference which connector plugs into the injectors once it is installed. AND I did not do the install of the tuner - it was already on the bike when I purchased it new to me.

So does anyone know which OEM lead from the ECU harness goes into which injector? Or how to ID them? I’ve the 2006 service manual for the bike and I can’t seem to locate that info. Would one of the plug ends in the harness show a wire with a different color/stripe for ID for the injector for the front jug – ect…

THANKS!

On both injectors, they will have a wire the same color and the other will be different. I can't tell which one is up front. If it were me, I would just plug them up. When you crank it, it will either fire right up or it won't. If it doesn't, swap them.

I figured it out last evening. On my bike once I removed the aftermarket piggyback system...I could see that the OEM connectors exited the frame of the bike in 2 different locations. 1 was foreward - 1 was back...so I guessed and plugged them to the injectors that were near. The OEM connectors are not P/N'd...they look identical.

It worked. Bike system checked fine then 2 seconds of crank and it idled and threw no codes or stumbled. I think I got it.

Now to load MAP and FLASH and RIDE.

THANK YOU for your reply!
